The accessories were not quite as pictured here (a minor thing, but the tube received was a bit small for the Elements rolling paper provided and there was no leaflet or basket as pictured). However, I can verify that all 4 blends are unique and the owner has clearly put a lot of thought and care into her blends.\r\n\r\nThe quality of the smoke from all the blends is very pleasant, relaxing, uplifting and easy on the throat and lungs when compared to tobacco or cannabis (when rolled, not so much with a bowl/pipe).\r\n\r\nIt's very much an individual thing, but I have found less cravings since I started using these blends along with several other health benefits (less headaches, stomach issues, nasal congestion, much better quality sleep, better immune system etcetera)...\r\n\r\nAlthough it's very much an individual thing, and very much early days, any side effects have been minimal for me so far...\r\n\r\nI generally got these results from smoking the blends (1 or 2 rolls a few times a week). If you enjoy smoking and want to lessen or replace tobacco or cannabis use, then these blends could be very helpful.","products":[{"image":"https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0493/5257/3085/files/FC10C86D-CF37-4C13-B761-3B76AD92DFC1.png?v=1748783720","productLink":"https://www.ancientnaturals.co.uk/products/self-care-smoke-bundle","title":"Self-Care Smoke Bundle","handle":"self-care-smoke-bundle"}],"firstName":"JB","createdAt":"2024-01-01T00:00:00.000Z","rate":4,"productIds":[8052305068317],"countryCode":"","hasImages":false,"helpful":0,"isFeatured":false,"status":"approved","id":"pSNDcjx8qf8VWOVg5tYJ","isProductExists":true},{"images":[],"pinned":false,"notHelpful":0,"source":"Imported","content":"I absolutely love this product. The calm smoke is easy on the throat, you get a nice head high which I wasn’t expecting but it’s not like smoking 🍃 , it leaves you feeling nice and mellow. I like to smoke it just before bed and have noticed even a positive difference in sleep.
